Please read these terms carefully before using Nuzzle.

Nuzzle Pro connects pet parents with independent professional pet care providers ("Nuzzle Pros"). By using the platform you agree to the terms below.
1. Nature of the platform
Nuzzle is a marketplace connecting pet parents with independent Nuzzle Pros. Nuzzle is not a pet care provider and does not employ Pros.
2. Bookings and payments
Bookings are agreements between pet parents and Pros. Nuzzle processes payments and payouts on their behalf.
3. Cancellations
Cancellation policies vary by service. See the booking details for the applicable window.
4. Safety & incidents
Report any safety concern or incident immediately in-app. Emergency situations should be reported to local authorities first.
5. Limitations
The platform is provided "as is." Nuzzle disclaims warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
